Andy and Sharon Sembera founded Hill Country Health Store in 1996 with a vision that ran counter to mainstream retail: put education before the sale. What began as a modest four-shelf operation has grown into a 2,500-square-foot wellness hub that integrates retail, professional consultations, frequency wellness technology, bodywork, and a fully organic café kitchen. The store has remained fiercely independent, community-rooted, and committed to the belief that every client deserves a personalized path toward well-being rather than a prepackaged solution. Today, under the continued leadership of the Semberas alongside Heather Wilson, the store is expanding its digital presence so that clients across the Hill Country region can access the same quality guidance and organic health products that Marble Falls locals have relied on for decades.
